I’m the creator of Maximized Man CORE.
For over 30 years I’ve been at the top of the fitness industry, appearing on the cover of more than 130 magazines and featured in TV shows and movies.

But more important than that, I know what it feels like to fall short. I’ve struggled with holding myself back from being the best father, husband, and man I could be.

I wasted years convincing myself I didn’t deserve success in fitness, in wealth, or in my relationships. That’s why I built CORE. To help men like you stop holding back and finally stay consistent in living at their strongest every single month.
